What we provide

Care that covers everything — so families can simply visit.

From the moment your loved one arrives, every detail of their daily life is thoughtfully managed. Our small size means we can tailor care to the individual — not a one-size-fits-all program.

Personal care

Daily care services

24/7 Staffing

Professionally trained, CPR-certified caregivers are on-site around the clock — every hour of every day, including holidays. Residents are never left without support.

Medication Management

We handle all medication administration and tracking, coordinating with physicians and pharmacies so families don't have to worry about missed doses or refills.

Personal Hygiene & Grooming

Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene assistance provided with dignity and respect for each resident's preferences and privacy.

Mobility & Transfer Assistance

Safe assistance with walking, transfers, and positioning — helping residents maintain as much independence as possible while keeping them safe.

Incontinence Care

Compassionate, discreet incontinence care provided without judgment, maintaining comfort and dignity at all times.

Health Monitoring

Regular monitoring of vital signs, weight, and overall health. We communicate proactively with families and coordinate with physicians when changes occur.

Dining

Gourmet home-cooked meals — three times a day.

We are genuinely known for our food. Every meal is prepared from scratch in our home kitchen — family-style, seasonal, and made with care. Residents look forward to mealtimes, and families often comment that the food alone sets Country Home apart.

We accommodate diabetic diets, low-sodium, pureed, mechanical soft, and other physician-ordered dietary needs. Just let us know — we'll make it work and make it delicious.

Daily life

A full, meaningful day.

Life at Country Home is never dull. We believe staying engaged — mentally, physically, and socially — is as important as any medical care. Activities are tailored to each resident's abilities and interests.

Outdoor Time

Five acres of Colorado countryside means fresh air, Front Range views, and room to walk, sit, and simply breathe. Residents enjoy the outdoors year-round.

Social Activities

Games, music, conversation, and shared mealtimes keep residents connected and engaged. Our small size means real relationships — not organized group activities with strangers.

Pet Companionship

Poppers, our small loving dog, is a beloved member of the household. Animal companionship has proven benefits for seniors — and our residents adore him.

Family Visits

Families are welcome during facility hours and encouraged to visit often. We believe family involvement is part of good care — not a disruption to it.
