Parker, Colorado · Since 1996
A Real Home. Exceptional Care.
Linda Melbardis has lived at Country Home since 1996 — because she believes the best care happens when someone truly calls it home. On 5 beautiful acres in Parker, Colorado, your loved one will be known, cherished, and cared for.
Our philosophy
Small by design. Exceptional by choice.
Country Home was never meant to be large. We stay small so that every resident receives the attention, dignity, and personal care they deserve — not a number on a chart, but a person we know by name.
Our 5-acre property in Parker, Colorado offers sweeping views, fresh air, and the kind of open space that lifts the spirit. Poppers, our small loving dog, is part of the family too.
Some of our residents have been with us for 10 to 12 years. That's not a statistic — that's a relationship.
What sets us apart
Care that feels like family
24/7 Personalized Care
Our professionally trained, CPR-certified staff are here around the clock — every hour of every day. We don't just meet needs; we anticipate them. Your loved one will never feel like they're waiting for help.
Home-Cooked Gourmet Meals
Three scratch-cooked, family-style meals and three snacks every day. We're renowned for our food — and occasionally we even treat residents to take-out from local favorites. Special diets are handled with care and creativity.
A Truly Personal Ratio
We remain intentionally small so the care provider to resident ratio stays low. Your relative won't get lost in a crowd. They'll be seen, heard, and genuinely known by the people caring for them.
Life at Country Home
The moment we walked in, it felt like a home — not a facility. Our mother has been here for eleven years. We can't imagine her anywhere else.
